Looking at "For you are with me", it looks like it's not Sinclair and an OC, it's Sinclair and Alisa Beldon? She's a minor canon character (that teenaged telepath that Susan and Talia sent to Minbar in Season 1). I haven't read far enough to know if that should be Sinclair/Alisa Beldon (I doubt it) or Sinclair & Alisa Beldon.
